In the Spring, we often say “April showers bring May flowers”, meaning that the rains in April will help the flowers grow in May. This is perhaps true in colder climates, but here in Japan the flowers begin to bloom long before May. As the cherry blossoms are at their most impressive right now, I hope you are all having a wonderful flower viewing season!!!!
